Facebook, TikTok and Google pixels
Measure traffic from your ads with Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager.
Open Page settings → Contact buttons & Pixels and paste the ID (not the whole code snippet). Leave a field empty to skip that channel. Pixels only run on published pages.
| Pixel | ID format | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Facebook Pixel | 123456789012345 (digits) | Meta Events Manager → Data sources → select the pixel → ID |
| Google Analytics 4 | G-XXXXXXXXXX | GA4 → Admin → Data streams → Web → Measurement ID |
| Google Tag Manager | GTM-XXXXXXX | Top of the container's workspace screen |
| TikTok Pixel | CXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX | TikTok Ads Manager → Tools → Events → Web events |
Checking the pixel fires
Save, publish, open the page in a new tab and use the Meta Pixel Helper or Google Tag Assistant extension.
What Trano tracks
Trano sends a page view (PageView) event automatically. When a visitor submits the form successfully, Trano also sends a conversion event to every pixel on the page:
- Facebook:
Lead— booking forms also sendSchedule - Google Analytics 4:
generate_lead(withform_typeset tocontactorbooking) - TikTok:
SubmitForm - Google Tag Manager: a
trano_leadevent in the dataLayer — create a *Custom Event* trigger with that name
Events fire only after Trano has received the lead (failed submissions don't count) and never include the visitor's name or phone number. You can now optimise your ads for Lead in your ads manager.
