Connecting a custom domain
Use yourdomain.com instead of a sites.trano.ai address — SSL is issued automatically.
Requires Starter or above. Starter connects 1 domain, Pro 10, Max 50.
Steps
- Open the page → Page settings → Domain → Connect domain.
- Enter the domain, e.g.
www.peachspa.com, and press Connect. - Sign in where you bought the domain (or wherever your DNS is managed) and add the CNAME record below.
- Back in Trano, press I have added the CNAME record to DNS.
DNS record to add
Type: CNAME Name: www Value: proxy.trano.ai TTL: Auto (or 300)
Trano's instructions fill in the correct Name for the domain you entered. The rule: Name is the part before your domain — for www.peachspa.com the Name is www; for the root domain peachspa.com (or peachspa.com.vn) the Name is @.
After adding it
