Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you click "Register" (or continue with Google), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Trano AI Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all Trano AI services (the "Services"). If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not register for or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Trano AI is an AI-powered website builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish websites including Landing Pages, Mini Sites, Link in Bios, and Thank You Pages. We provide services through our web interface at trano.ai.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use the full features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Trano AI is not liable for any loss arising from the unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 User Content

You own all content you create through the Services. Trano AI does not claim any ownership rights over the website content you generate.

4.2 License to Use

By using the Services, you grant Trano AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not create content that:

Violates Vietnamese or international law
Contains violent, pornographic, or discriminatory material
Deceives or defrauds other users
Infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

4.4 Sample content and the page owner’s responsibility

You are responsible for all content on your pages, including sample content suggested by Trano or the AI (customer testimonials, price lists, placeholder phone numbers / emails, illustrative images). You must replace sample content with real information before publishing. Trano warns you before publishing a page that still contains sample content and keeps a log of these warnings.

5. How the Services Are Provided

Format: online software as a service (SaaS), used in a web browser at app.trano.ai — no software to install.
Activation: a paid plan is activated immediately after successful payment; the plan’s credits are added to your account at the same time.
Term: as purchased — 1 month or 1 year from the activation date. Credits are added every month according to your plan, including on yearly plans.
Devices: any device with an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) and an Internet connection. Trano does not limit how many devices can be signed in to one account at the same time; you are responsible for all activity on your account (section 3.2).
Published pages: your pages are served at sites.trano.ai or at a custom domain you connect (on plans that include custom domains).

Interruptions: the Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or when an infrastructure provider has an outage. Trano tries to give advance notice of planned maintenance.

6. Prices, Payment and Refunds

6.1 Prices

Plan prices are listed on the Pricing page. Prices in VND include value-added tax (VAT). When you pay in USD, the transaction is handled by LemonSqueezy as the reseller of Trano’s services; any tax is calculated by LemonSqueezy under the rules where you live and shown before you pay. Trano gives advance notice of price changes; new prices do not apply to a period you have already paid for.

6.2 Payment Methods and Renewal

Paying in VND: bank transfer via a payOS VietQR code (scan with any banking app, MoMo or ZaloPay). Each payment covers one period and is never charged automatically — when the period ends, you renew yourself if you want to continue. Paying in USD: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal via LemonSqueezy; the plan renews automatically each period until you cancel renewal on the Plan & Billing page.

6.3 E-invoices

For payments in VND, Trano provides an e-invoice when you request one and provide the invoicing details (tax code, company name and address) — at checkout or within 30 days afterwards, under Invoices & receipts on the Plan & Billing page.

6.4 Refund Policy

We give a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the credits from the plan you bought. Yearly plans after 7 days are refunded for the unused months; monthly plans after 7 days are not refunded for the paid period, but you can stop renewing at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trano AI provides the Services "as-is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trano AI is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Suspension and Termination of Service

8.1 When you stop using the Services

You can stop renewing at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can delete your account yourself under My Profile › Danger Zone: all pages are taken offline and deleted, custom domains stop working, and remaining credits and paid plan time are cancelled — if you are still eligible for a refund, request it before deleting. If you cannot delete it yourself, send a request to [email protected]: Trano replies within 2 business days and deletes the account within 20 days. Payment records and invoices are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years) and are no longer linked to your email.

8.2 Violations

Trano may suspend your pages or account if you violate these Terms (for example, prohibited content under section 4.3), when a competent state authority requires it, or to prevent fraud or attacks on the system. Trano will tell you the reason by email and give you time to fix the issue, unless the violation is serious or the law requires immediate action. For serious or repeated violations, Trano may terminate the account. Anyone can report a page that violates these Terms on the Report abuse page.

8.3 If Trano stops providing the Services

If Trano stops providing the Services entirely, Trano will notify you by email and on the platform at least 30 days before the end date so you can download your data (for example, your contact list as CSV), and will refund the fees for the unused portion of your plan.

8.4 Data and refunds on termination

After your account is deleted or terminated, your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy; any refund follows the Refund Policy.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the Services, send Trano a complaint through any of these online channels:

Please include your Trano account email, a description of the issue, and the transaction ID or the link to the page concerned (if any).

Trano replies within 2 business days of receiving your complaint and resolves it within 15 days of receiving all the information needed. The outcome is sent to you through the channel you used to complain.

Disputes arising from these Terms are first resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation or bring the dispute before a competent court. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or platform notification of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
